Ms. Morscher has over 20 years of experience in Legal Compliance and Healthcare Management. Her MBA is in Healthcare Management and undergrad in Business Management. She previously worked for the US Department of Justice – US Attorney’s Office and a Level 1 Trauma Safety Net Hospital as their Risk Manager. Ms. Morscher has a broad background in Legal Compliance and Risk Management. She is excited to be part of such a dynamic team at Company Clinic of Louisiana as their VP Clinical Director.

Mrs. Willis has 20 years of experience in emergency care. She is dual certified in adult acute care and in pediatrics. She has previously owned and operated a family medicine practice and is now proud to be part of the occupational medicine team at Company Clinic of Louisiana. Her goal is to provide the best quality patient care.

Mrs. Bethea has 27 years of nursing experience and 20 years of experience as a family nurse practitioner. She previously owned a family practice in Minden for 10 years and has served as the past Coroner of Webster Parish for 4 years. She was also one of the first providers hired at Company Clinic of Louisiana in 2011. She is excited to be a provider of occupational health at Company Clinic.
Rita has over 5 years experience as a Registered Medical Assistant. She previously worked in pediatrics, OB/GYN, and family practice. She earned her degree from Career Technical College with a 4.0 grade point average. She is bilingual in Spanish and is from Houston, Texas. Rita loves the Texas Longhorns and is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Monica is a Medical Assistant with almost 25 years of experience in a general practice setting. She was trained at Ayers Technical Institute in Shreveport, Louisiana. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Gloria is a graduate of Southern University – Shreveport-Bossier with a degree in Radiologic Technology and an Associate Degree in Technical Arts. She is currently working as the Front Desk Medical Administrative Assistant. She is certified as a Radiologist Tech and Medical Assistant as well as IV therapy certified from Louisiana Technical College and phlebotomy certified from Southern University – Shreveport-Bossier. Gloria joined Company Clinic after transferring from Highland Clinic in 2014, and has over 27 years of experience. She considers it an honor to share and promote her passion and knowledge in this field with others.
Pam has been a LPN for almost 7 years and previously worked in several areas of the medical field including Nursing Home, Long-Term Care, Home Health and Clinic. She graduated from Northwest Louisiana Technical College with a 4.0. Pam was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. She is involved in dog rescue including fostering dogs, and dog transport. She enjoys reading, hiking, and camping.
Jay has been a Medical Assistant for 5 years. He graduated from Remmington College as a Medical Assistant. His previous medical experience includes dialysis, emergency medicine and athletic training at Louisiana Tech. He is also a volunteer firefighter and a first responder. In his free time, he loves camping, hunting, reading, woodworking and cooking.
Michael is a clinic trained Medical Assistant with 2 years occupational medicine experience. He previously attended Louisiana Tech and is now at Bossier Parish Community College pursuing a nursing degree. He enjoys working out at the gym, gaming and spending quality time with his children.
Matt is in charge of Marketing and guarantees customers will receive outstanding medical care without compromising cost. Before joining, he spent 6 years with the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office. There he began as a corrections officer before finishing his service assisting with training management for the National Criminal Information Center Database, while also fielding emergency calls where he provided lifesaving support.
I had to take a physical today and wasn’t to thrilled about it. I went to this clinic and my blood pressure was high. The NP I saw, Sally, took time to talk with me and made me relax.
